The Next Generation Leadership Council (NextGen) of the Upper Chesapeake Health Foundation is made up of emerging professionals from the Harford County community and surrounding areas who have demonstrated a capacity for leadership in their professional and personal lives. NextGen members advocate and develop relationships with individuals and organizations who wish to take part in the expansion and improvement of the health care services provided by the University of Maryland Upper Chesapeake Health.
Our council is exposed to the needs that influence our communities’ health care and well-being. NextGen members work alongside health system leadership, health care providers, staff and the community to learn about the counties’ challenges and opportunities. Creating a partnership to allow us to meet the diverse needs of Harford County, offering flexible and affordable care that is close to home.
